SURPRISING THE FLEMISH GOVERNMENT
In 2019, after months of waiting, the new flemish government finally got "married" as the newspapers called it. To launch Belgian beer brand Filou as "Belgisch strekenbier", we did what friends and family often do in Belgium when someone gets married, barricade the front door of their house with beer crates. Except this time, we used the barricade as a live billboard for the brand. At 6AM in the morning a wall of no less than 400 crates, 2 meters in width, 5 meters in height was placed in front of the Flemish Parliament. The brand activation quickly took over the news as the newlywed government could enjoy a fresh Filou.
